Reason For Plant-Based Refresh

As more and more Australians enjoy a plant-based diet, eating enough protein is key. That’s why our Head Nutritionist, Ryan Pinto, has worked closely with The Chef to make sure all our plant-based meals now have at least 20g or more of quality plant-based protein.

The Chef has used a wide range of plant-based proteins such as tofu and vegan meat alternatives, as well as nutritional yeast, lentils, chickpeas, beans and of course, lots of veggies! This is to ensure your body is getting the quality protein it needs to thrive on a plant-based diet, while still enjoying foods that deliver on taste and delicious nutrition.
