Since 2013 My Muscle Chef has been providing freshly prepared high protein meals to all Australians. We’re all about health that doesn’t compromise on taste because we believe you can have the best of both worlds.
We use vacuum skin sealing polypropylene recyclable plastic to keep our ingredients fresh and flavoursome. What does that mean? This simply means our packaging keeps oxygen and any nasties out, making sure that your meals stay fresher for longer.
We pride ourselves on sourcing ethical and sustainable ingredients to deliver the best tasting meals. Our meals include: Grass fed beef & lamb, Australian sourced seasonal vegetables & sustainable Tasmanian salmon & sustainable hoki from New Zealand.
Our meals are made fresh to order and cooked by real chefs at our SQF & HACCP certified facility. Meals are then packaged up and delivered fresh to your door to over 4,500 postcodes across Australia, 7 days a week.
