MOVE WITH MYMC: PARTNER WORKOUT VIDEO SERIES
We’re finally able to enjoy training alongside others again, now that COVID-19 lockdown restrictions have started to ease. Training with friends is not only a great way to motivate yourself to workout and keep fit, but also a way to socialise with other like-minded people. That’s why My Muscle Chef has called upon a couple of our top fitness ambassadors to programme partner workouts, so you can MOVE WITH A MATE!
WHAT IS MOVE WITH MYMC?
This is the latest in our workout videos, a 4-part series which highlights partner training. The videos last around 20 minutes each, which are presented to you in real time - meaning you can train alongside top-level athletes and trainers. WORKOUT STYLES & TRAINING LEVELS
