Our take on the super creamy, traditional Italian Carbonara, this meal is high in protein and low on guilt! It’s packed with heaps of umami flavours shining through with the chicken breast, beef rashers and mushrooms that are perfectly complemented by a touch of parmesan to break up the richness of this dish. Perfectly cooked fettuccine is added into this meal to achieve the perfect sauce to pasta ratio.
Carbonara is always a crowd favourite so when we were tasked with making one, we were quite excited. The way this dish uses the umami flavour of the chicken and mushroom that goes really well with a touch of parmesan that gives this meal an amazing taste without being too heavy.

A Thai favourite, this meal is one we’re very proud of. Fragrant and flavourful curry paste made from scratch giving it the most perfect balance of sweet, fresh, salty, and sour notes. This is a high protein meal with a delicious, coconutty curry sauce, tender strips of beef and crunchy veggies served on a bed of fluffy basmati rice. High protein and less than 500 calories, our Panang Beef Curry with Basmati Rice makes sticking to your diet easier and tastier than ever.
What’s exciting about this dish is making everything from scratch. We blended our own Panang paste, and pressure cooked the curry so that every bit of this curry was infused with flavour to bring out a restaurant style Panang.
