Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still use my existing account on the new website?

Yes! All your recent order history and account details (addresses, payment options, credit, etc) have been brought across to the new website so you can view and manage everything from your dashboard with great ease.

Any existing credit amount that you have against your account will be automatically applied in the checkout when you complete your next order, or when your next subscription order is processed. In the checkout, there will also be fields where you can add promo codes and gift cards you received before the website update.

Subscribers: How does the new website affect my subscription?

We’ve made it easier than ever to manage your MYMC subscription account on our new website. Simply log into your account and access everything you need in one place via the main dashboard - from editing your order items to managing deliveries and all your account details.

 

Do I need to update the App?

Yes, you will need to upgrade to the latest version (V2.0.0) in order to continue using the MYMC App as we’ve made some improvements to the experience and performance. Simply head over to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to update.
