Customer Survey, June/July 2026
1. Promoter
The promoter is My Muscle Chef Pty Ltd (ABN [92 162 190 070], “My Muscle Chef”), operating in Australia.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are existing customers of My Muscle Chef and received the email invitation to complete the survey. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter the draw, eligible customers must complete the My Muscle Chef customer survey in full via the link received in their email, between 9:00AM (AEDT) Wednesday 24th June, 2026 and 11:59PM (AEDT) Friday 17th July 2026 (‘promotion period’). Limit of one (1) entry per customer. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
4. Draw and Prizes
There will be ten (10) winners drawn at random at the conclusion of the promotion period, on Thursday 23rd July, 2026. Each winner will receive a $100 My Muscle Chef account credit, which can be used on any purchase of $99 or more. Credits can be used in conjunction with other offers.
5. Prize Conditions
The $100 credit is:
- Valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
- Not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- Only valid for orders with a minimum order value of $99 (excluding delivery fees).
6. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their My Muscle Chef account within 7 days of the credit being applied. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their email address is up to date.
7. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or use of any prize.
