Terms & Conditions:
- Campaign Period: This campaign will run from 1 October 2025 to 31 October 2025 (inclusive).
- Donation Mechanism: For every online delivery order completed through the My Muscle Chef website or app during the Campaign Period, My Muscle Chef will donate AUD $1.00 to FSHD Global Research Foundation (ABN 79 128 037 614). “Online delivery order” refers to orders placed via the official My Muscle Chef website or app for home delivery within Australia. Pick-up or in-store purchases are excluded.
- Customer Pricing: There will be no change to the prices paid by customers for their orders.
- Calculation of Donation: At the end of the Campaign Period, My Muscle Chef will finalise the total number of qualifying online delivery orders completed. The total donation amount will be calculated on this basis and transferred directly to FSHD Global within a reasonable period after the Campaign Period.
- No Customer Claims: Customers do not acquire any rights in relation to the donation. Donations are made by My Muscle Chef and cannot be claimed as tax-deductible donations by customers.
- Amendments or Termination: My Muscle Chef reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or withdraw the campaign at any time if circumstances beyond its control prevent it from proceeding as planned. Any changes will be updated on the My Muscle Chef website.
- Acknowledgement: By placing an online delivery order during the Campaign Period, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
