While gyms remain closed, we’re stepping in to keep our community motivated, healthy and moving. My Muscle Chef has called upon our top athlete and trainer ambassadors to programme at-home workouts to help you stay on track with your fitness goals, so get ready to MOVE WITH MYMC.
This is a 16-part series of home workout videos lasting between 15-20 minutes each, which are presented to you in real time - meaning you can train alongside top-level athletes and trainers in the comfort of your own home during the COVID-19 lockdown. Head to our Youtube Channel to access these videos at any time you can fit a home workout into your routine.
We’ve covered a wide variety of training styles in our videos, including HIIT workouts, core and ab workouts, strength training, as well as stretch and mobility flows. Our home workout routines target either beginner/intermediate or advanced training levels to make sure we’ve got a workout to suit you.
No equipment? No problem. Our home workouts require minimal or no equipment at all. If you do have a dumbbell or kettlebell - that’s great - but if not, we have no doubt you will be left in a sweat after moving through these bodyweight exercises at home.
