As the mercury makes its way north this time of year, add a little extra sizzle to your sunny season with our seven new meals for summer.
Drawing inspiration from sunny spots around the world, our Chef and Dietitian have packed a low-calorie, high protein punch into a delicious new range of meals with our brand new sizzling summer specials.
On the new menu you’ll find succulent chicken breast and juicy steaks, complemented with fresh vegetables, spicy sauces, ramen noodles, a sneaky jalapeño relish, a splash of pine nuts and a little capsicum and kidney beans for variety.
Head Dietitian Ryan Pinto has given these meals the green light, so you can sit back and enjoy these meals without having to count calories, knowing you’re eating the right amount of protein, healthy fats and wholefood ingredients in a balanced way.
NEW TO THE MENU
Low calorie and packed with protein, this tender, diced chicken breast coated in a spicy hoisin and sriracha sauce and mixed with steamed broccoli and ramen noodles will bring that extra bit of spice to your life.
Our famous, mouth-watering crumbed chicken, coated in a crispy breadcrumb mixture, paired with roasted spiced potatoes and carrots and topped with a creamy lemon and herb sauce.
As Aussie as a day at the beach, our juicy, herb roasted steak comes served with a deliciously light potato salad coated in a honey mustard dressing, topped with a chimichurri sauce.
Our Mexican beef is tender, juicy and seasoned with spices and paired with a Mexican salsa for a bold and rich flavour. Served with roasted spiced potatoes and a chunky jalapeño relish this meal will have your taste buds tingling.
Packed with flavour, this tasty low calorie Mexican meal combines tender, diced chicken breast with a spicy tomato salsa and capsicum and sliced onion. Enjoy as it is, wrap it up in a tortilla, or create your own Mexican bowl.
Winner, winner, chicken BBQ dinner! This smokey chicken will become a favourite with sliced chicken breast paired with creamy broccoli and topped with a mouth-watering smokey BBQ sauce.
