Instructions
Storage: Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Do not freeze.Heating from fresh:1. Remove plastic seal.2. Place lid loosely on container before heating.3. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes on HIGH.4. Stand for 1 minute, stir well before serving.5. Reheat longer if required and enjoy.6. CAUTION: ALWAYS REMOVE PLASTIC SEAL BEFORE HEATING. AFTER HEATING, CAREFULLY REMOVE CONTAINER FROM MICROWAVE. CONTAINER & CONTENTS WILL BE HOT. MICROWAVES MAY VARY, ADJUST COOKING TIMES AS NEEDED.

- Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
Heating from frozen:
- Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes on high. Plastic film will expand during heating, this is normal.
- Remove film, stir contents for even heat distribution.
- Cover loosely and reheat longer if required.
