There are plenty of ways to enjoy the benefits of My Muscle Chef, but how do you know which is the right one for you? We’ll help you figure out the right meal plan for your taste and lifestyle.

We try and offer you as many options as possible to make a MYMC meal plan work for you. My Muscle Chef offers three different types of meal plans from which to choose:

  • Goal-Based Plans

  • Custom-Built Meal Plans

  • Meal Packs

1. “I Have a Goal to Reach”

If you’re working towards a specific nutrition or fitness goal, then one of our targeted GOAL-BASED PLANS is the solution for you. You’ll be asked to enter some details like your gender, age and height, and using this information, we’ll curate a meal plan to give you the best chance to achieve your goal.

Training

Whether you want to bulk up, increase your endurance or lose/maintain weight, we’ll help you be the best you that you can be. Not to be restrictive though, you can also swap out meals for others you like more as well as add snacks and breakfast options wherever you like.

MUSCLE GAIN

Our Muscle Gain meal plans are designed with one goal in mind: to build muscle and gain lean mass... fast! This meal plan is specifically designed by our Head Nutritionist and Advanced Sports Dietitian to be packed full of quality protein, along with energy-packed carbs to fuel you efficiently throughout the day.

Enjoy our delicious, calorie-dense meals, which take all the guesswork out of counting macros and meal prep. Delicious meals delivered directly to your door means you can enjoy more time at the gym to work towards your hard-earned gains.

CALORIE CONTROL

Our strategically designed Calorie Control meal plan is aimed at supporting weight loss, by offering you a great selection of high protein, dietitian-portioned meals containing gut-friendly fibre, to help keep you feeling fuller for longer.
