This is why we are excited to launch our delicious, dietitian-designed new range of fresh Soups. Perfect for warming you up on the inside, especially now that winter has rolled around, they’re packed with protein (up to 26g), high in fibre and contain two servings of veggies. Not only that, but they’re low in fat and will fill you up nicely without filling you out.

Chicken Thai Red Curry Soup
Loaded with hearty chunks of lean yet succulent chicken, a creamy coconut broth, and tastebud-zinging spices (turmeric, cumin, galangal and coriander, just to name a few). A mouth-watering Asian favourite that warms you from the inside while giving you all the nutrients you need to stay fired up through the day.
Chicken and Vegetable Soup
This beloved soup might be the traditional antidote to a cold, but our tasty recipe works wonders any time. This super-tasty soup comes packed with a generous serving of tender chicken breast, garlic and a dazzling combo of fresh veggies, including leeks, carrots and potatoes.
Chicken Minestrone Soup
Deliciously chunky in all the right ways, this saliva-inducing bowl of goodness is full of fresh, lean chicken, tasty beans and heaps of healthy vegetables (celery, zucchini and carrot). High protein, low in fat, and ready to be gulped down.
